I have now used these inserts for 3 days - or some 15 pickleball sessions. So far, this has improved the pain I would feel in my heels primarily after I removed my shoes inserts and replaced them with this set. I did have to reduce the size but the inserts have suggested cut lines that made the process easy for me. I first tried the first set and then had to cut further into the second line. So far so good.
